Recruiter, Cloud Tech (English, Mandarin)

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for the cloud tech team, from sourcing and engagement to offer and onboarding.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, ensuring an extraordinary and memorable experience throughout the hiring process.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers. Guide them on hiring strategy, provide data-driven recommendations, and maintain regular communication on the status of open roles.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
• 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support the applicant and business client management in this market.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
• Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
